Refunds/Returns
If you haven’t received your order on the specified delivery date, please contact us info@outthegatefarms.co.nz immediately.
Requests for refund or replacement must be made within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Reasons for refund must be stated and a photo of the product will be required in some cases. In order for us to process your return you must provide us with reasons in writing to info@outthegatefarms.co.nz. We will use our discretion to replace products or refund you for damaged products. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed.
We are unable to provide you with a refund if the product has been consumed or disposed of. We are not liable for product damaged due to incorrect storing and handling after delivery has been made. We are also unable to provide you with a refund if more than 24 hours has passed since delivery of your items and no return request has been submitted.
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order on the day of delivery as meat is a perishable product.
